Construction Exceeds 75% in Wild Orchid

The rate of construction has exceeded 75% of the total homes available by Distinctive Communities, Inc in Wild Orchid, a neighborhood of luxury single-family residences in the Woodsedge neighborhood of Olde Cypress. David Sturdyvin, vice-president of Distinctive Communities , said of the 16 home sites offered for sale, 9 custom homes have been sold, and an additional 2 homes; the Renoir furnished model and the Degas furnished model are complete and available for immediate occupancy.
