Distinctive Communities, Inc has announced plans to release a new floorplan, The Cezanne in the Wild Orchid neighborhood of Olde Cypress Golf and Country Club in North Naples. Wild Orchid is a private neighborhood of luxury single family estate homes on 26 homesites surrounded by the fairways of the P.B. Dye designed Olde Cypress Golf Course.

The Cezanne, a one story home, has four bedrooms, a study and four and one half baths with 4,491 square feet under air and a total of 6,139 square feet. This floorplan includes a large gourmet kitchen overlooking a spacious family room, gallery hallway with groin vaulted ceiling details, formal living and dining rooms as well as a breakfast nook. In addition to the master suite and two private guest suites, situated away from the main living areas of the home the Cezanne features a separate guest suite with private entry offering a full bath and morning kitchen.

Distinctive Communities, Inc. offers five Mediterranean-style floorplans in addition to the new Cezanne, with each offering a three-car garage, custom pool and Impact resistant windows and doors as well as a custom landscape package. Pricing begins at $1,465,000 including homesite.

The Degas is a three bedroom, study and three and one half bath home with 3,495 square feet under air and totaling over 4,658 square feet. This inviting plan includes a great room, formal dining room, breakfast nook and a morning room overlooking the kitchen and pool. The lanai area offers a custom designed pool and optional spa, paver style deck and screen cage.

The Matisse features three bedrooms, three and one half baths with 3,622 square feet under air and a total of 5,479 square feet. This floorplan includes both a formal living and dining room with ceiling details, large gourmet kitchen, and breakfast nook. Surrounding the casual family room, corner disappearing sliders connect indoors and out and overlook the lanai and pool area and optional outdoor gourmet kitchen. In addition to offering custom design options, Distinctive Communities offers both a larger Matisse III floorplan with an additional fourth bedroom, and the Matisse II, a scaled down version of the original Matisse plan which allows for less square footage overall.

The Renoir is a two-story, four bedroom, four and one half bath plan with optional pool bath home that encompasses 4,201 square feet and a total of 5,390 square feet. This open plan features a formal and casual living room with double sets of French doors opening to the large pool deck from each, formal dining room, casual eating area adjacent to the oversized kitchen, the master suite and one guest suite downstairs and two full guest suites upstairs with private baths.
